Our Proven Process

We have a 6 Step Proven Process that we use to help our clients see consistent results.

  1. Review:

    We review your past medical history and the history of the injury or problem you are dealing with. This helps us get on the same page and can give us clues as to what could be causing your problem.

  2. Reveal:

    We reveal improper movement patterns in our full body movement assessment. We get an idea of how you move, and it directs us towards areas that need further evaluation.

  3. Refine:

    We refine our observations by going joint-by-joint into the areas that could be contributing to your issue. This is where we find the root of the problem.

  4. Relieve:

    Once we have discovered the primary area of focus, we aim to relieve pain or tension. This usually involves some sort of soft tissue work, such as cupping, dry needling, or joint manipulation.

  5. Restore:

    As we start to relieve pain or tension, we start to restore proper movement patterns by prescribing exercises that will have lasting benefits.

  6. Rebuild:

    This is my favorite stage. We continue exercise prescription that builds muscle and maintains mobility to keep you feeling healthy and moving at a high level.
